Four crab and lobster wontons, stuffed with delicious chunks of crab and lobster, onions, mushrooms and green peppers with lobster-based cream sauce.

Pan seared lumps of pork belly, cooked in wonderful mix of wild rice, quinoa, spinach, carrot and onion, with a dollop of apple chipotle aioli. A staff favorite!
Three delicious baked, stuffed ricotta shells drizzled with our famous vodka sauce and served with mixed veggies.

A warm buttermilk biscuit smothered with fresh strawberry puree and topped with whipped cream and a mint garnish.
